We offer monthly subscription plans designed to support an individual leader, a pair of leaders working together, and full executive teams.
Every plan subscription begins with a paid, one-time Subscription Initiation service so we can gain a thorough understanding of your organization, you as a leader, and your goals for engaging consulting support.
Our subscription plans are built to provide you with high-value and high-impact consulting, so you won’t find a bunch of fluff, clutter, and unnecessary meetings – just meaningful opportunities to work together to achieve your goals.
Each of our plans includes a minimum engagement period because real results require focused attention, strong decision-making, and time to implement, test, and innovate.
Intake Consultation
All our subscription plans begin with a paid, one-time Intake Consultation service. This includes:
A detailed intake assessment about your organization, you as a leader, and your goals for engaging consulting support
Review of key documents (strategic plan, business plan, logic model, key processes, etc.)
45-minute consultation (phone or Zoom) to dive deeper into assessment results, key documents, and your priorities for engaging a strategic advisor
