Veronica LaFemina is the Founder and CEO of LaFemina & Co., a woman-owned consulting collective dedicated to helping executives at established nonprofits create clarity, lead change well, and take their organizations from stressed to strategic.
With nearly two decades of experience as a nonprofit executive and high-impact consultant for clients in a variety of industries, she is a leader, facilitator, and trusted advisor known for empowering cross-functional collaboration and positioning organizations, people, and programs for maximum success.
Veronica’s unique, multidisciplinary approach to client advising provides her clients with custom solutions and genuine partnership that meet their specific - and often complex - needs.
A lifelong learner, Veronica is an honors graduate of University of California, Los Angeles, a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner, and holds certificates in Business Innovation (IDEO U), Trauma & Resilience (Florida State University), Diversity & Inclusion (ESSEC Business School), and Design Thinking for the Social Sector (Stanford Social Innovation Review). Her work is also heavily influenced by Behavior Design, Transition Management, and Montessori Education concepts.
When not at work, she can be found exploring the lakes and trails of North Carolina with her husband, two children, and rescue pup.
